Cognizant in Toronto, Canada is seeking an experienced nCino Business Analyst to translate business needs into Salesforce-based solutions and support delivery across projects.

About the role:

As nCino Business Analyst, you will make an impact by working with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and support successful project delivery. You will be a valued member of the project team and collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, architects, and testing teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with developers and architects to support the delivery of scalable and sustainable implementations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and production validation activities.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Assist with integration requirements and ensure alignment across connected systems.
• Develop and support reporting, dashboards, and data analysis activities.
• Drive stakeholder communication, coordination, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

What you need to have to be considered

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience. Prior nCino exp required
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Good understanding of system integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and solution delivery practices.

Salary and Other Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $77,000 CAD- $125,000 CAD per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
