Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solutions Architect for Migrations in Canada to lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary technical and strategic contact for the migration pod. You will coordinate with GDC engineering partners and ensure measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience leading multi-million dollar transformation engagements.
• Ability to translate complex migration challenges into actionable decisions.
• Experience with global/offshore delivery models (e.g. GDC).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core clouds or Marketing/Data/Revenue/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as the technical and strategic contact for migration pods and partners.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation to accelerate discovery and mapping.
• Coordinate with Account Teams and Sales to align migration goals with business strategy.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on field needs and improvements.
