Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep Flow Builder expertise with various trigger and screen flows.
• Strong data architecture and data modelling skills.
• Exposure to Data Cloud (Data360) and Agentforce.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions end-to-end.
• Hands-on SQL and SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java or similar.
• Salesforce Platform Administration foundation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Data360 solutions that unify data for trusted customer profiles.
• Configure Data360 architecture to support Agentforce, Tableau, and AI use cases.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and automation tools.
• Build and support Agentforce agents, prompts, workflows, and AI-enabled processes.
• Identify and automate manual business processes across Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define high-value AI and automation use cases.
