iA Financial Group in Vancouver is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and integrate secure Salesforce solutions. You will work with Product Owner and teammates to translate business needs into robust, scalable applications.

You will implement Apex, configurations, and front-end components, follow CI/CD practices, and provide production support. The role emphasizes collaboration, agile methods, and delivering high-quality, tested software in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Proficient in Apex, Salesforce configurations, and front-end frameworks.
• Familiar with API integrations and enterprise architectures.
• Strong collaboration and communication in Agile/DevOps teams.

• Collaborate with peers on technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the long-term sustainability of applications through proper documentation.
• Actively contribute to team ceremonies and deliver integration solutions involving APIs, enterprise applications, and event-driven architectures.
