iA Financial Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and integrate secure Salesforce solutions, driving innovation and reliability. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners and teams to deliver robust features, while aligning with security and architecture standards.

The role emphasizes agile practices, CI/CD, and production support, with opportunities to work on Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce experience, including Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, data integration concepts, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce development, Apex, and configuration.
• Ability to collaborate in Agile and DevOps teams.
• Design, develop, integrate, and secure Salesforce solutions following best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand and validate business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner, users, and team members.
• Design, develop, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions using a pragmatic and agile approach.
• Apply development best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and execute automated and functional testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Measure and continuously improve solution quality, performance, robustness, and test coverage.
• Leverage and contribute to CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with peers on technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term sustainability with proper documentation.
• Actively contribute to team ceremonies and deliver integration solutions involving APIs and event-driven architectures.
