• Get involved & take responsibility in requirement gathering / understanding, KT, effort estimation for the project,
• Get involved in development, testing, and end-to-end delivery.
• Proficient / expert in Salesforce technologies & Client / Server technologies.
• Ability to design Salesforce solutions end-to-end.

Person Specification Knowledge / Experience (Must Have):

• Over 6+ years of experience in CRM Application development on the Salesforce Platform.
• Hands-on experience in building LWC, Apex Triggers, Bulk APIs, Rest APIs, Connected Apps.
• Experience in building Reports and Dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, administration, and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience in Design / Coding / Testing / Debugging.
• Expertise in mocking, unit testing, and performance testing of solutions.

Knowledge / Experience (Preferred):

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Financial Services is a plus.
• Financial markets background is preferable but not mandatory.
