We are looking for a talented Sr. Salesforce Developer, to join our Engineering Team remotely from anywhere in Canada.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. You’ll play a hands-on role in the design, architecture, and development of key platform components. The ideal candidate brings deep technical experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Work closely with the Salesforce Architect to conceptualize, design, and implement robust Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical peers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.

• Design, build, and deploy features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

• Provide input on architectural decisions and implementation strategies with scalability, performance, and best practices in mind.

• Lead and contribute to the setup of a new Salesforce instance and its integration with internal systems and third-party tools.

• Communicate effectively with remote team members across time zones to ensure alignment and progress.

• Maintain clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes.

• Support post-deployment enhancements, debugging, and user support.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including enterprise-scale projects.

• Proven proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow Builder.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via APIs and middleware.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, governor rules, and architecture design patterns.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to partner closely with architects and stakeholders to guide both technical and functional solutions.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment, with a strong work ethic and accountability.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Integration platforms (Workato/Mulesoft/Boomi).

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
