The purpose of this request is to acquire a Senior Software Developer-CRM who will assist in implementing several Salesforce projects requiring external expertise in software development.

The Senior Software Developer will support the implementation of various Salesforce projects, focusing on development and problem-solving within the existing Salesforce environment.

Must Haves :

• 4-6 years experience as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce)
• Public Sector experience

Responsibilities :

The Sr. Software Developer will collaborate directly with the program team and Salesforce administrators to develop, troubleshoot, and implement projects within Salesforce, ensuring deliverables are met.

Desired Skills :

• Experience building Salesforce Community Sites
• Experience building Salesforce Visualforce pages
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate and work in a team
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines

Required Skills :

• Proven experience in delivering and executing projects / programs
• Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms
• Intermediate coding experience

Evaluation Criteria :

• Intermediate coding experience : 30 Points
• 4-6 years Salesforce administration support : 40 Points

Total Capabilities Criteria : 100 Points

Additional responsibilities include :

• Complete Salesforce community site development, testing, and deployment for two existing sites
• Develop and implement intake forms to replace SurveyMonkey forms using Salesforce features
• Review and troubleshoot existing VisualForce Pages
• Develop and deploy IEHP client intake and self-assessment forms
• Other Salesforce development tasks as needed
