Role Overview

As a Data Architect – Revenue Solutions, you will lead design and execution of data migration initiatives supporting Salesforce Revenue Cloud, focusing on Salesforce CPQ and Billing. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure scalable, high-quality data architecture aligned with revenue transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead CPQ & Revenue Data Migrations: Own data strategies for migrating revenue entities including products, quotes, contracts, subscriptions, and billing records.
2. Data Architecture & Mapping: Define and document data architecture, field mappings, and transformation logic across legacy systems and Salesforce.
3. Execution & Quality Control: Build and run SQL scripts, perform test loads, and ensure data quality and reconciliation.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Management: Conduct discovery sessions, provide progress updates, and ensure seamless documentation and testing.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Salesforce architects, RevOps, and QA teams to maintain data integrity across the Quote-to-Cash process.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in data architecture and migration, especially in revenue operations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
• Experience migrating product catalogs, quotes, contracts, billing transactions, and subscriptions.
• Proficiency in SQL and tools like DBAmp, Dataloader, Pentaho.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/billing platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer II certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer I).
• Understanding of revenue recognition and compliance.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
• Experience with complex orgs (multi-currency, multi-language).
• Background in Revenue Operations or finance system architecture is a plus.
