We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Service Cloud practice. Reporting to the Service Cloud Practice Lead, you will implement Salesforce projects by understanding client needs, designing solutions, and managing the delivery process. You will contribute significantly by working with our talented team, engaging with clients, and partnering with our AI team.

You will have the opportunity to:

1. Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements.
2. Translate requirements into Salesforce designs, leveraging best practices.
3. Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
4. Develop technical requirements and specifications.
5. Ensure UX best practices in solutions.
6. Manage project aspects and client communications.
7. Provide end-user training and documentation.
8. Oversee project completion and quality.
9. Exercise independent judgment on enterprise projects.
10. Lead strategy discussions with contact center leadership.
11. Collaborate with the AI team to create innovative solutions.

Required qualifications include:

1. 3+ years of technical consulting and project management experience.
2. 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience.
3. Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com).
4. Expertise in declarative Salesforce solutions.
5. Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred.
6. Ability to document requirements and understand technical solutions involving Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.
7. Experience leading multiple Salesforce deployments and integrations.
8. Ownership of SDLC and project management methodologies.
9. Experience with enterprise Service Cloud projects.
10. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred skills include:

1. Ability to improve business processes using Salesforce.
2. Strong customer relationship skills and team spirit.
3. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Cloud, Platform Developer, App Builder) are highly desirable.
4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
