As a Solution Architect, you will design compelling user experiences and deliver business value, working on solution design, architecture, and execution for end-user facing technologies such as support sites and conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing industry best practices and trusted client advisory
• Driving requirement gathering and Salesforce platform expertise
• Building client strategies and roadmaps
• Leveraging Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud
• Creating detailed design specifications and project plans
• Translating business needs into solutions
• Mentoring team members
• Staying updated on Salesforce product capabilities

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years in technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping
• 5+ years in CRM industry
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud
• Ability to design and optimize business processes
• Leadership skills for cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Storytelling skills to demonstrate business value

Preferred skills:

• Experience working with designers and artifacts like mockups and prototypes
• Requirements gathering for custom web components
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing
