Job Description :

• Design hosting technology solutions based on client specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models to meet CRM application business requirements and project deliverables.
• Gather and analyze client business requirements, including corporate I&IT mandates, strategic plans, environment, and standards.
• Develop solutions and advise on short-term and long-term CRM service development activities.
• Plan, migrate, implement, and support large, complex system development projects.
• Design and develop large-scale, complex CRM applications.
• Evaluate existing systems to assess their conditions, performance, and capacity, determining needs for expansion, renovation, or replacement.

Must Haves :

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 5 years in the Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud, and a strong understanding of when to use Salesforce configuration options over custom code.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
