Join our team and what we’ll accomplish together

We are a service management team that equips organizations to be agile and innovative, focusing on process-driven solutions to be productive, creative, and create value for business stakeholders. We foster a "think service management first" mindset to build solutions using best practices for the workplace of tomorrow, enabling businesses to drive optimization and workforce excellence. By doing these things, we create success faster and in circumstances otherwise not possible.

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the evolution of TELUS' enterprise technology ecosystem, with a specific focus on enabling the Green Architecture Strategy across the LBGUPS lifecycle—Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay, Support. This end-to-end role is central to designing scalable, secure, and modular platforms that serve complex enterprise and public sector customers.
You'll work cross-functionally to bridge business goals with platform strategy, guiding modernization across systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Netcracker, and OSS/AIOps/BSS. This is more than a technical role—it's a leadership opportunity to help shape how TELUS delivers sustainable, customer-centric, and digitally enabled services at scale.

At TELUS, we're redefining what digital transformation looks like across our enterprise and public sector segments. As part of our enterprise architecture and platform strategy team, you will architect TELUS' Green Architecture Strategy, driving reusability, decoupling, and cloud-first design principle.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy aligned with TELUS' transformation goals and LBGUPS model
  • Define and implement the Green Architecture Strategy, focusing on sustainable, API-driven, and composable platform design
  • Design end-to-end architecture blueprints spanning the customer lifecycle, integrating CRM, Provisioning and Fulfillment, OSS/BSS, and ITSM/CSM systems
  • Lead solution alignment across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Netcracker to support omnichannel, customer-centric experiences
  • Guide the transition from legacy systems to next-gen platforms, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
  • Provide governance, standards, and oversight for solution delivery across various domains including application, data, infrastructure, integration, and security…
  • Mentor domain and solution architects to strengthen architectural maturity across the enterprise
  • Incorporate external insights on emerging technologies and architectural frameworks into strategic decision-making
  • Clearly communicate architectural vision and execution strategy to executives and delivery teams

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles
  • Deep platform experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Netcracker, including integrations and transformation at scale
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), hybrid architectures, and SaaS ecosystems
  • Knowledge of OSS/BSS, network integration, and service orchestration in telco or similar domains
  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities, and how they shape intelligent operations
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, microservices, API governance, and secure architecture patterns
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly in regulated or high-availability environments

Great-to-haves

  • TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials, with strong background in ITIL, Agile (SAFe), and COBIT frameworks….
  • Proven experience in business architecture modeling, capability mapping, and value stream design across LBGUPS segments…
  • Demonstrated expertise in security architecture, data sovereignty, and compliance requirements for enterprise solutions…
  • Experience implementing GenAI/AI/ML technologies to enhance operational workflows, decision support, and knowledge management systems
