Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions for Salesforce projects. The role focuses on delivering scalable Salesforce-based solutions with strong emphasis on UAT, testing, and production readiness.

You will work in an Agile environment, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to reporting and data analysis efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA/BSA.
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Work with developers/architects to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support UAT, testing, and production validation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good understanding of integrations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
