Passion Fruit Partners is hiring a Salesforce Associate Consultant to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations. This role is fully remote from Canada, with a base salary range of $61,000 - $83,000 and an attractive total rewards package including time off, benefits, and learning budgets.

We seek candidates who combine Salesforce skills with project management, enjoy collaboration, and are excited to help nonprofits scale through technology.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin Certification required, Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications preferred
• 1+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required
• Past experience working with nonprofit organizations
• Strong time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Onboard and ramp Salesforce knowledge and consulting skills
• Collaborate with team members
• Design and build Salesforce solutions including third-party integration, data migration, and automation
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and document processes
• Contribute on projects with guidance from senior team
• Test build components against business requirements
• Manage client expectations, deadlines and project hours
• Identify and address out-of-scope items with the client and team
• Create and lead training sessions
• Create and manage project timelines and flag risks
• Aim to complete Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within 90 days

Passion Fruit Partners is hiring a Salesforce Associate Consultant to join our team to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have a combination of strong technical and project management skills, with a passion for creating solutions for our nonprofit clients.

Location: Virtual - Home-based office in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Go through onboarding/training and ramp up Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills
• Collaborate with team members

• Create and manage project timeline, flag to team when there is project risk
• Complete your Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment
