Job summary

TEEMA Group in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Salesforce Application Operations Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into Salesforce solutions. You will work with institutions and stakeholders to understand requirements, advise on platform capabilities, and participate in design sessions.

You will develop user stories, support the product owner and cross-functional agile teams, and apply service design principles while incorporating feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in either public sector or health care in a Canadian jurisdiction.
• Experience filling critical roles on large, complex projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Exposure to Salesforce Clouds and Industry Solutions (Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions) and AppExchange products.

What you will be doing:

• Working with the institutionand stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on the features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform

• Leads / supports Joint Application Design sessions, designs solutions, creates prototypes and wireframes, delivers Sprint Review demos

• Develops User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Supports Product Owner, development team members, and stakeholders

• Applies service design principles and incorporates stakeholder feedback

What you must have:

• Experience working in either public sector (e.g., Ministry, Crown Corporation) or health care (e.g., Health Authority) in a Canadian jurisdiction

• Experience filling critical roles on large, complex projects

• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams

• Exposure to various Salesforce Clouds and Industry Solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions), as well as a variety AppExchange products
