JOB OBJECTIVE

The Salesforce Administrator works closely with business stakeholders and the IT team to help deliver technology experience and solutions that support our business strategies. This individual will help support and improve our Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud platforms by ensuring they meet business needs and operate effectively. This role will manage platform configurations, maintain data integrity, manage third-party integration apps, and support organizational initiatives. Translating business strategy into feature/project requirements is a key aspect of this role.

You are a self-driven Salesforce Administrator with experience in various project phases. You enjoy being involved from project inception to completion with minimal oversight. You listen to stakeholders, understand their perspectives, and celebrate successes. You recognize that technology isn’t always the solution—sometimes a process tweak makes a significant difference. Your Agile mindset helps you focus on continual improvement and delivering real business value.

You are highly flexible, prioritize collaboration over strict structure, and seek meaningful, high-impact projects.

Specific Accountabilities
  • Administer Salesforce CRM, including user management, security settings, profiles, and permissions.
  • Configure workflows, approval processes, page layouts, and Lightning components.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.
  • Manage system integrations and troubleshoot data flow between Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, monitoring, data audits, and maintain data integrity.
  • Support maintenance and documentation of existing solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement in sales and customer service processes.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and solution validation to meet business needs.
  • Provide project documentation, tracking, reporting, and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and wireframes.
  • Assist in project phases: initiation, design, build, testing, deployment, and training.
  • Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors for platform enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Help prioritize activities based on business value.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Support the project manager to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP, MailChimp, and related CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools like Data Loader and Mulesoft.
  • Ability to analyze data for design and debugging.
  • Experience balancing business needs with technical constraints, prioritizing user experience.
