MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent position with a client of ours located in Port Moody. This is an on-site position 5 days per week for the first 6 months and then after a hybrid role (3 days on site and 2 remote).

Base Salary Range: $70k to $90K

Role Breakdown

• 80% of duties will be Salesforce Administration
• 20% of duties will be IT Administrator
• Salesforce Admin experience is the most important

Key Must Haves

• Min 2 years experience with Salesforce Administration, configuration, and customization (record types, salesforce infrastructure, reporting and analytics)
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Manage and administer Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM platform to meet the organization's requirements.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all systems to ensure security and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Work Arrangement

• In office role 5 days per week for the first 6 months
• After 6 months 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
• Port Moody, BC

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing and administrating Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
• Proficiency in Adobe products such as Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign
• Familiarity with VoIP systems such as Ring Central and TELUS Business Connect.
