Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Recent graduates or early career candidates encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have valid class 5 driver’s license with a recent driver’s abstract.
• A keen interest in advancing into outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Black and Gold Academy for structured sales training.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and visit job sites to learn customer needs.
• Assist with outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth in assigned territories.
• Develop foundational knowledge of equipment rental products and services.
• Prepare for full-time Territory Sales Representative placement upon program completion.
