Job summary

Red Bull Canada is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for colleagues during vacations and busy periods. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations across all stores.

The role focuses on servicing customers to Red Bull executional standards, managing accounts and contributing to KPI targets in sales, distribution, pricing and display.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; university/college experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding relationship-building and people skills.
• Good mathematical skills for handling sales data and pricing.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Forklift and commercial vehicle operations knowledge.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts.
• Establish and maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers to grow sales and shelf space.
• Protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and display to meet brand standards.
• Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Train with senior Account Sales Managers on routes and cover routes as needed.
• Evaluate competitors’ activities and communicate insights to District Sales Manager.
• Meet monthly KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new accounts.
