Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Sales Team Leader for IKEA Kitchen Services (IKS) in Quebec. You will optimize sales by understanding customers and the local market, drive profitability, and lead coworkers to keep a fully stocked store with inspiring displays.

You’ll gain knowledge of high-performing assortments, communicate it to customers and coworkers, and deliver a seamless, positive multi-channel shopping experience that meets expectations.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of high-performing assortments and communicate this to customers and coworkers.
• Deliver a consistent, seamless, and positive customer experience across multi-channel retail environments.
• Lead coworkers to maintain a fully stocked store with IKEA assortments presented in inspiring, satisfying ways.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,960 CAD to 88,440 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
