Job summary

Sage is seeking a Sales Manager for Sage Intacct’s In Life Department in Canada. You will lead a team of Customer Account Managers to hit renewal, upsell, and account management targets, while collaborating with product management and marketing to craft vertical strategies.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly and a strong, customer-centric leadership mindset. You will build a cohesive team, forecast renewals and add-ons, and support executive leadership in scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of business experience.
• Experience leading a quota-based sales team.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a quota-carrying team of 6-8 CAMs.
• Serve as escalation point for critical accounts and ensure quota outcomes.
• Provide weekly forecast metrics on renewals and add-ons.
• Manage customer calls to action and health scorecards.
• Participate in product demos and discovery sessions.
• Create and manage quarterly objectives for CAMs.
