Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong critical thinking with an analytical approach.
- Adept with numbers, formulas and data interpretation.
- Understanding the end-to-end sales process and its impact.
- Proficient in Excel and Salesforce/RS4/ARC.
Responsibilities
- Understand the sales process and participate in processing with excellence.
- Work with systems required for the Sales Support Associate role in sales and renewal processes.
- Coordinate proposals to be processed and released to business partners.
- Understand the renewal process and help prepare renewals.
- Assist with changes to Agent of Record.
- Help new advisors set up broker contracting and onboarding.
- Acknowledge opportunities and escalate to the sales team.
- Provide backup support to other positions and handle ad-hoc tasks.
