Job summary

Canada Life’s London Head Office seeks a Client Service Assistant to provide clerical support to the New Business organization. You will work with systems AURA, Compass and OnBase, supporting Canada Life products in a centralized role.

The role offers hybrid work, base salary between $36,900 and $49,800 annually, and opportunities across total rewards programs. Rolling reviews apply to applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage unmatched evidence queue to attach evidence to applications during underwriting.
• Complete process of sending authorization for physicians reports.
• Separate and index paper documents received in On Base (S&I).
• Upload documents received by email through the insurance application mailbox.
• Manage requests and receipt of shared evidence with other insurance carriers.
• Manual MIB searches.
• Sending evidence for MIB requests for information.
• Contact other insurance companies to secure shared evidence.
• Support other members of the New Business department with clerical duties.
