A distributor of promotional marketing products and apparel in Markham is seeking a Sales Support person.

The Role:

1. Undertake sales administration duties and provide sales support to enable salespeople to focus on selling.
2. Act as a point of contact for sales inquiries and provide timely, accurate sales quotations by sourcing products.
3. Regular follow-ups with clients and vendors.
4. Order samples, track samples, and obtain RA’s/RMA’s as required.
5. Liaise with vendors/suppliers for accurate pricing and discounts.
6. Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and production teams to process sales quotations.
7. Strive to exceed customer expectations at all times.
8. Maintain high interaction with clients via email, phone, and in person.
9. Assist in generating new business and reviving old/dormant accounts.
10. Perform other administrative or sales support duties as assigned.

The Person:

• 2-3 years of sales support experience (industry experience preferred).
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with good prioritization.

• Fluent in English.
