Job description

Xplore is now hiring Bilingual Virtual Technical Support Specialist in the Ontario area to fully train and work all from the comfort of your own home!

We are looking for self-disciplined and innovative individuals with exceptional customer service skills who are seeking the opportunity to leverage these competencies. You will connect directly with our customers to support and resolve their challenges. The role requires the ability to learn through multiple development channels, multi-task, and handle the stress associated with working from home. Successful candidates will complete our comprehensive at-home training program before starting.

To work remotely, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A dedicated, private home office space and the ability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 am - 2:00 am Atlantic time.
  • High-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download speeds (speed tests required).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform advanced technical troubleshooting for internet/network connectivity and email issues.
  2. Deliver excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to escalate technical issues as needed, including Channel Support and Network Operations.
  4. Document and prioritize trouble tickets and technical concerns.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Xplore products and technological advancements.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
  • Experience in a contact center environment is an asset.
  • Previous remote work experience is an asset.
  • Strong customer focus and eagerness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and effective time management skills.
  • Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Trustworthy with high accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
