We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist with sales operations, renewals, customer engagement, and process coordination.

You’ll work alongside Account Executives to help manage quotes, licensing, CRM updates, and customer communication—building experience at the intersection of sales, support, and tech consulting.

This job is work from home and preferred time zone is PST. BC applicants will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with proposals, quotes, and licensing documentation
  • Manage customer renewals and coordinate follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries and support onboarding/trials
  • Create & Support formatting of sales collateral (in Canva)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Support)
  • Help with account research, app vendor records, and internal process updates

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (if currently enrolled in school must have full time availability)
  • Experience in sales or admin roles 2+ years preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Hubspot & Excel
  • Presentation Design knowledge (e.g., Canva & Confluence) is a plus
  • Interest in sales, customer success, and Atlassian ecosystem
  • Experience with Atlassian products is a bonus, not required
