Job summary

Delta Water Products is a fast-growing irrigation and water products distributor, seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Chilliwack to act as the operational engine behind multiple outside sales reps serving customers across the Rockies to Washington State.

This on-site role requires sharp organization, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, and the ability to manage orders, freight, quotes, and invoices while upholding Delta Water Products’ safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Experience in logistics or freight coordination is an asset.
• Interest in irrigation technology and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple outside sales reps by processing orders and preparing sales documentation.
• Coordinate international freight and communicate with overseas suppliers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order processing across western Canada and Washington State.
• Request quotes and prepare purchase orders for non-stock and project items.
• Track materials, labour, and subcontractors across projects.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a well-organized workplace.

Delta Water Products is one of western Canada’s fastest-growing distributors in the irrigation and water products industry — and we’re not slowing down. With 15 branches spanning BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Washington State, our sales teams cover a wide and growing territory. We’re looking for a sharp, organized Sales Support Coordinator to join us full-time in Chilliwack and be the operational engine behind multiple outside sales reps serving customers from the Rockies to Washington State.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support multiple outside sales reps — processing orders, preparing sales documentation, and keeping deals moving.
• Coordinate international freight and communicate directly with overseas suppliers, including Euro tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order processing across western Canada and Washington State.
• Request quotes and prepare purchase orders for non-stock and project-specific items.
• Track materials, labour, and subcontractors across assigned projects.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Uphold Delta Water Products’ safety standards and contribute to a well-organized workplace.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
