Delta Water Products seeks a Credit, Collections & Financing Specialist to own a unique role combining commercial credit, collections, customer financing, and lender relations. You will influence cash flow, customer experience, and revenue growth while protecting the business.
The company has grown rapidly with multiple acquisitions and 15 branches across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Washington State, offering strong career growth and cross-functional exposure.
Are you the type of finance professional who sees opportunity where others see risk?
Do you enjoy connecting the dots between sales, customers, credit, and financing to help deals move forward while protecting the business? Are you equally comfortable negotiating payment arrangements, analyzing credit applications, and working with lending partners to secure financing approvals?
Delta Water Products is looking for an exceptional Credit, Collections & Financing Specialist to take ownership of a unique and highly visible role that combines commercial credit, collections, customer financing, and lender relationship management. This is more than a traditional credit position. It's an opportunity to directly influence cash flow, customer experience, and revenue growth across a rapidly expanding organization.
For more than 45 years, Delta Water Products has been a trusted leader in the water, irrigation, pump, and motor industry. In the past three years alone, we've more than tripled in size, completed five strategic acquisitions, and expanded to 15 branches across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Washington State. We're growing fast, investing heavily in our future, and looking for driven professionals who want to build something meaningful alongside us.
As our Credit, Collections & Financing Specialist, you'll be at the centre of some of Delta's most important business relationships.
You'll protect cash flow and manage credit risk while helping customers access financing solutions that make purchasing easier and help our sales teams close more business. You'll act as the bridge between customers, sales representatives, finance partners, and internal stakeholders, guiding transactions from initial credit review through to funding and payment.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, making decisions, and taking ownership.
You are commercially minded and naturally curious. You know how to balance customer relationships with sound business decisions. You ask the right questions, anticipate issues before they arise, and aren't afraid to take ownership.
You thrive in an environment where no two days are exactly the same. Whether you're helping a customer secure financing, negotiating resolution of an overdue account, or partnering with sales to close an important deal, you bring professionalism, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability.
Most importantly, you're looking for more than just another finance job. You're looking for an opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing organization.
At Delta, you'll have the chance to build relationships, influence business outcomes, and help shape a growing financing function while supporting the financial health of a rapidly expanding organization. If you're ready to combine credit expertise, financing knowledge, and relationship management into a career-defining opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
