Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $21.83 - $30.09 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview:

The Sales Floor Leader ensures a memorable customer shopping experience by delivering service excellence, building client relationships, and maintaining our cultural ethos. This role partners with the General Manager/Assistant Manager to develop leadership skills and positively influence the sales team to drive sales.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Proactively seeking self-development and engaging in feedback and coaching sessions.
  2. Exhibiting pride through positive demeanor, body language, and personal presentation.
  3. Participating actively in training programs such as the 5C’s of customer excellence and product knowledge.
  4. Supporting new business initiatives to foster a positive team environment.
  5. Demonstrating professionalism, integrity, honesty, and respect.
  6. Building on personal sales experience to grow into a more effective store leader.
  7. Upholding customer service standards and identifying training needs.
  8. Developing a proactive clientele through social engagement and relationship skills.
  9. Providing value-added services to enhance the customer experience.
  10. Maintaining visual standards and participating in merchandising activities.
  11. Demonstrating passion and respect for the product, utilizing product knowledge and selling tools.
  12. Achieving personal sales and SPH goals.
  13. Handling opening/closing procedures, returns, and exchanges in the absence of a manager.
  14. Collaborating with managers on tasks and updates.
  15. Managing, mentoring, and coaching the sales team to expand clientele and maximize sales.
  16. Supporting daily store operations and communication with management and staff.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  1. College Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury retail.
  3. Strong business acumen.
  4. Ability to promote and maintain an environment aligned with RL’s lifestyle philosophy.
  5. Skills in guiding individuals toward goal achievement through negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
