Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $21.83 - $30.09 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview:
The Sales Floor Leader ensures a memorable customer shopping experience by delivering service excellence, building client relationships, and maintaining our cultural ethos. This role partners with the General Manager/Assistant Manager to develop leadership skills and positively influence the sales team to drive sales.
