The Sales Supervisor is responsible for performing all functions related to merchandising, customer service, and store operations. Each supervisor is assigned a primary area of responsibility—merchandising, customer service, or administrative functions—and all act as relief for one another. As first-line management, they direct employees toward achieving company objectives and ensure effective, financially responsible daily store operations.
This position also involves significant customer contact, requiring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality, courteous, and helpful service.
Sales Supervisors will work 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including days and evenings from Monday to Sunday. The role may require transferring between stores or working at different locations based on organizational needs and career development. Transportation is the employee's responsibility.
