The Sales Supervisor is responsible for performing all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general store operations. Each Sales Supervisor is assigned a primary area of responsibility relating to merchandising, customer service, or administrative functions, and all supervisors act as relief for one another. As first-line management, retail Sales Supervisors are responsible for directing employees toward achieving Company objectives and for the effective and financially responsible daily operation of the store.
This position also involves significant customer contact, requiring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
Sales Supervisors will be scheduled for 40 hours per week and must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, including day and evening shifts. Flexibility to transfer between stores or work in different locations may be required depending on organizational needs and career development opportunities. Mode of transportation is the responsibility of the employee.
