Job summary

Autism Services is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee staff (apprentices, interns, design team), assign duties, organize merchandise, and coordinate daily sales operations across locations to meet targets and maintain high service standards.

You will prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising results, and personnel matters, resolve customer requests and complaints, manage inventory levels, and supervise activities to create a welcoming environment for youth and staff alike.
