Job summary

Great Canadian Dollar Store in Newfoundland and Labrador is seeking a capable Retail Store Supervisor to lead a team at the main location. You will supervise staff, hire or arrange training, manage cash and organize inventory while ensuring excellent customer service and merchandising standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment; on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2–3 years retail supervisory experience.
• Exhibit and display design experience.
• Merchandising or window merchandising experience.
