Reporting Line

This position reports to: Sales Specialist


Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for selling products, systems, and services within a designated market, aligned with division strategy. Achieves sales targets to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Develops new sales opportunities, requiring strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of sales processes, client relationships, and revenue growth strategies.

  • Sells products, systems, and services focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships, understanding their needs and promoting ABB's offerings.
  • Leads OEM growth initiatives in Eastern Canada.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Prepares sales plans using authorized tools.
  • Collaborates with segment managers, marketing, and regional management to execute sales strategies.
  • Creates value for customers and ABB, ensuring successful transactions and proposals.
  • Communicates delivery, payment, and terms details in line with ABB's strategy.
  • Supports marketing activities and communicates value propositions.
  • Identifies and develops new market opportunities.
  • Manages administrative sales procedures and supports project and cash management activities.
  • Coaches and mentors sales team members and onboard new employees.
  • Analyzes sales data and trends, builds client relationships, and identifies new business.
  • Ensures technical and financial aspects of offers, including pricing and trading conditions.
Qualifications
  • Strong channel management and customer relations skills in OEM and loose components markets.
  • Proven sales experience in OEM markets.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Passionate about growing sales portfolios and maintaining client relationships.
  • Track record of building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Valid Canadian driver’s license.
