Job summary

Cascadia Metals in Winnipeg is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on turning customer needs into solutions, processing orders, and delivering outstanding service from first contact to after-sales support.

The successful candidate will be driven, organized, and able to build lasting customer relationships through proactive calls, quotations, and teamwork; prior steel industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong instincts for sales and building customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track, manage, and follow through effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Team player with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A post-secondary degree is preferred.
• Preference given to candidates with prior sales and/or customer service experience.
• Previous steel-related experience is preferred but not mandatory.
