Job summary

Cascadia Metals is seeking a warehouse worker to operate out of our Winnipeg branch in a permanent full-time role. The successful candidate will follow Cascadia's safety procedures and contribute to efficient material handling and order preparation.

Responsibilities include picking with forklifts/cranes, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring accuracy of orders. A valid driver’s license and ability to work independently or in a team are required; forklift/crane experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 45 kg (100 lbs) safely.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift and crane experience is an asset.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Able to multi-task and read orders/basic paperwork.
• Overtime may be required.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of warehouse worker to work out of our Winnipeg branch. This role is a permanent full-time position.

The successful applicant(s) will:

• Understand and work within Cascadia's safe work procedures and safety policies
• Be responsible for accurately picking materials using forklifts and cranes
• Bundle and stage materials for customer orders
• Safely unload incoming material using forklifts and cranes
• Safely load material onto trucks and trailers using forklifts and cranes
• Have a proven work history
