Impact Recruitment in Woodbridge, Canada is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Broker to balance winning new business with nurturing existing client relationships. You will work inbound leads and guide clients to the right coverage in a supportive team environment.

This hybrid role requires a RIBO (or OTL) license, 2–5 years in personal lines insurance sales, and a confident phone presence. Expect 50,000–70,000 CAD per year plus new business commission and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• RIBO license or OTL License with willingness to obtain RIBO License.
• Confident phone presence with strong listening, consultative selling, and closing skills.
• Customer first mindset with ability to explain coverage clearly and calmly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of leads for home and auto insurance clients.
• Provide clients with personal lines insurance guidance, quotes, and coverages.
• Build trust quickly, uncover needs, and confidently close new business.
• Maintain and grow relationships through strong follow up and ongoing account support.
• Collaborate closely with service, sales, and business development teammates to keep the client experience seamless.
