Job summary

Bio Biscuit Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for Ontario, ideally based in Ottawa. You will build and grow a territory from Ottawa to Kingston, meeting monthly sales targets and strengthening distributor relationships.

Your car is your second office, and you will log all client data in the CRM while collaborating with order desks and reps. You are a proactive, detail-oriented relationship builder with at least 3 years in sales and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Strong relationship-building skills, internally and externally.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Ontario territory from Ottawa to Kingston.
• Meet and aim to exceed monthly sales objectives.
• Log all customer information and store-visit details in the CRM.
• Collaborate with distributor reps and order desk teams to track orders.
• Create sales reports for the Sales Manager within the CRM.
• Represent Oven-Baked Tradition at trade shows, events, and consumer activities.
• Deliver engaging Product Knowledge Sessions to distributor and retail teams.

Ideally based in Ottawa, your vehicle is basically your second office.
You’re curious, proactive, detail‑oriented — the kind of person who spots trends, acts on them, and loves building strong relationships. And of course, you’re passionate about making pets (and their humans) happy!

More specifically, you will:

• Build and grow your territory by sourcing new opportunities (cold calls, follow‑ups, needs analysis, customized solutions).
• Meet — and aim to exceed — monthly sales objectives.
• Log all relevant customer information and store visit details in our CRM.
• Work closely with distributor reps and order desk teams to track orders and strengthen partnerships.
• Create sales reports for the Sales Manager within the CRM.
• Represent Oven‑Baked Tradition at trade shows, events, and consumer activities.
• Deliver engaging Product Knowledge Sessions to distributor and retail teams.
