We are looking for a motivated, commercially minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Client Services (Sales) team in Ottawa. This is a high-energy, client-facing role responsible for both growing new business and nurturing existing accounts.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be a key member of our Client Services (Sales) team, working closely with our clients. The BDR reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for successfully managing customer relations, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities and aligning our solutions with business goals. A quick learner of internal tools and technologies is a must. The BDR should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same.
