Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative/Customer Service professional to join our team on-site in Nanaimo, BC. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative/Customer Service professional will also be responsible for processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
