We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative for a long‑term collaboration. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to handle both inbound and outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English. French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new clients through various means such as calls and emails.
• Build and maintain relationships with new clients.
• Understand the needs of the client and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the best possible client experience.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, client feedback, etc.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in Sales.
• Fluency in English. French is preferred.
• Laptop or desktop computer, less than 5 years old.
• Keyboard and external mouse.
• Headset with microphone and webcam.
• An adequate workspace with desk and chair in which people will not disturb you or have access to confidential information.

Schedule and Compensation

• Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm (EST – Canada).
