Kibbi Technologies Inc. is hiring Sales Representatives across Canada to engage customers in major retail locations and promote financial products. You will educate customers, guide them to suitable offerings, and represent a trusted brand on the sales floor.

We are hiring Sales Representatives for multiple positions across Canada, including Vancouver, Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Timmins, Kingston, ON, Winnipeg, MB, Windsor, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Greater Sudbury, Edmonton, Calgary, and London, ON.

Sales Representative – Multiple Locations

This is a people-first sales role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and explain the benefits of our client's financial products, including credit cards, in a clear and relatable way.
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff see you as a trusted resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the initial conversation through to completed application.

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across assigned locations.
• Handle customer information professionally and maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
• Be flexible to work across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.

Requirements

• A natural connector who enjoys meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and adapt your approach to different customers.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required.
• Professional and discreet when handling sensitive customer information.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop through ongoing training and feedback.
• Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required.
