Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Representatives across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, guide them to suitable products, and become the in-store expert, building relationships with store teams and ensuring high confidentiality of customer information.

The role offers a competitive base wage with uncapped commissions, onboarding and coaching, flexible scheduling (9am–9pm, Mon–Sun), and either full-time or

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
• Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them.
• Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Access to a vehicle or a valid driver’s license is helpful but not required.

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage 17.75/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
