Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent one of the country’s most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

You will engage customers, guide them toward suitable cards, and become the in-store expert trusted by customers and store staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and exceed them.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset.
• Willing to undergo criminal and credit background check.
• Driver's license is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Compensation
