Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team in Canada. You will work inside major retailers, meeting customers, explaining our client's credit card products, and driving sales. Uncapped commissions accompany a competitive hourly base, with flexible hours and ongoing coaching from day one.

We offer permanent full-time or part-time positions with multiple store locations across Ontario. A vehicle is an asset; criminal and credit background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter more.
• Willingness to complete criminal and credit background checks.
• Vehicle ownership or driver's license is an asset.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation

• Base wage 17.60/hr plus uncapped commission
