Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations across Canada. Engage customers, educate on credit cards, and guide them to products that fit their lifestyle.

You’ll be the in-store expert, building relationships with store teams and delivering excellent experiences from first hello to application. Flexible scheduling is available, with permanent full-time or part-time opportunities and ongoing coaching to support

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Willing to undergo background checks (criminal and credit).
• Ability to travel across store locations within the region.

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage18/hr plus uncapped commission
