Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Representatives across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand in major retail locations. You will engage customers on the floor, educate them about credit cards, and guide them toward the right product.

This role emphasizes a people-first approach and building lasting store relationships. You will be credentialed for success with onboarding, coaching, and a flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to undergo criminal and credit background checks.
• Access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Base wage17.75/hr plus uncapped commission
