As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and stocked merchandise area, organizing and cleaning the sales floor, promoting the Northern Tool credit card program, selling extended service protection plans on qualifying items, and supporting the management team with daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a one-stop shopping experience with exceptional customer service, asking probing questions to understand customer needs.
2. Greet customers throughout the store, assist with product selection, and organize merchandise on aisles and endcaps.
3. Offer Protection Plans on eligible products and promote our credit card on transactions (Incentive pay for these sales).
4. Assist team members with tasks that improve customer service and store operations.

What you will bring to the table:

• Retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
