Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. (We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and utilize B2B and B2C skills.
  3. Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers.
  4. Be detail-oriented in selling products and services.
  5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  6. Offer additional products/services with each sale.
  7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Open availability.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment at home.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and computer skills.
  • Strong internet connection (no wireless hotspots or satellite).
  • A desktop or laptop computer; a work computer may be provided.
  • Smartphone.
